Most of my acne is gone, but there are scars. Do you have any home remedies that can help me clear up my skin? Please explain the procedure, so i can get max results.

i have recently had some back acne and it is really gross , and nothing seems to be working does anybody know any acne solutions or home remedies?
I’m a girl and my time of the month has already past, but I just broke out pretty badly. I haven’t broken out in a while, and I need a home acne remedy fast.
